I would check out Wyze security cameras (cheap cameras and free cloud backup) and then get a Sprint/ATT/TMobile hot spot to leave at the property for internet connection.

I would avoid it ,Google it up on the paying of claims it's ugly .The underwriter was a company out of the UK .The really pull out the stops to avoid paying .it is very rare to have a issue,now if you are buying a home always have a camera inspected sewers lines .
