My husband has access to lots of building supplies to reduce the cost of rehabbing and has lots of friends that are plumbers, elect., drywallers, tapers, landscapers, and also concrete guys.

I read today that because of decreased demand by 3%, and increased supply by an unsaid %, key oil economists predict gasoline prices in some areas of the nation could reach sub $2.00 levels by this weekend.

The demand for their produce vastly outweighs the supply, and people show up week after week just to spend time in such an amazing oasis.We're currently planning on getting a property with just under 2/3rds of an acre so we can expand our nursery business (we grow native plants and potted herbs) and get into growing organic herbs for local restaurants.

1 thing you can do is to go register at Home Depot as a Contractor, this will give you access to supplies so you have an idea....for labor call a contractor and ask what he charges...X's how long you figure the project should take...and there you go...go do it several times and you should be pretty close.

For those that are doing a good bit of printing, or allot of printing, any recommendations for an online stationary site to order supplies?
