First Rehab Project.... Ground Up Row Home in Baltimore

N/A N/A
Posted

Hi Guys,
This is Andrew. Just getting into this end of Rehabbing. My wife and I were wholesaling for a while, but we are now going to actually "try" to take on a rehab. we own a rowhome in a hot area of baltimore. This place needs a ground up restoration (Masonry, framing etc.). can anyone give me a good point of reference, or program that I can use to get a accurate estimate of the parts & Labor for a program like this. Anyone have any figures from a two story, two bedroom row home???? Appx. 1400 sq. feet. On the high end, what would you think this rehab would cost??????
any advice you guys could provide would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Andrew
