Proper mold remediation is expensive as you are going to basically gut all affected areas to the studs, spray to kill the mold then install new insulation,  sheetrock, molding, trim, flooring, ect.

The first roofing contractor proposed spraying over the existing roof with polyurethane foam.  

We then used hydrogen peroxide sprayed on the floor (This stuff is cheap at Target!).

I have one tenant that mows her own, but I often have to remind her that the grass is looking pretty bad, and she doesn’t use a trimmer so I occasionally have to go do that part myself or spray Roundup.

I’m sure they’d love free water to start a neighborhood car wash or fill up kitty pools and spray each other all day when you are the poor schmuck stuck with the water bill !

The corporate ones won't do anything outside walking around spraying.

I have had to paint my siding due to graffiti spray on it before and I routinely pick up baggies alcohol bottles and drug paraphernalia in the yard when I mow the grass .

We used spray-in on the ceiling of the apartment.Currently we are still finishing siding. 

We just drape plastic around the walls and half the garage to make a spray booth and dry on the other half.
