After industrial hemp was legalized in the 2018 US Farm Bill, hemp building has started to explode in the United States.Hemp is a long-lasting sustainable building material that sequesters 5 tons of CO2 per acre while growing and eliminates toxic landfill-packing petroleum-based waste on the building site. 

looking back I got a decent deal but it took too long to close and I need to find a team for the long term to accumulate fourplexes or build them.I'm wondering if people involved are just washing their hands if my deal rather than grow from it.Emails from before closing were insane looking back on it. 

Kind of interesting that a company out of Jacksonville has any interest in a location that far away, but obviously it's a growing market!
