They won't be of course but anyone that gives some effort into learning the truth will know just how terrible these investment products really are. 

-Fee based means they can sell commissioned products (insurance mostly) -Fee Only means no commissioned sales usually a %AUM, AUM & Fees or Fees Only.

Your finished product should be basically the same as it would be for a market tenant. 

But, this is the new rent and it's not negotiable and just like everything in life, if you're not happy with the price, don't purchase the product.  

i've used a few of their products, and also done similar mailers by hand.
