If the sponsor has matured to a level that includes 3rd party administration, they are much more likely to deliver as promised.A properly run fund should never have difficulty delivering a quarterly distribution. 

Not impossible, but I'd prefer a sponsor under promise and over deliver, especially right now.

The you NEVER ever have to worry about which delivery method works better... because you don;t deliver anything anymore!
