A professional PM also knows the landlord/tenant laws in FL, they have screening criteria and know fair housing practices, they have proper leases, know how often to get pest maintenance, have repair/contractor contacts and procedures for tenants to submit requests.Personally I self-manage and I am not a PM promoter.
