As I scale up, I would find a digital solution with low processing fees.

When you get really good at looking for solutions, you’ll start seeing every problem as having multiple solutions available at no or low cost. 

I would work with my attorney and (possibly) my CPA to design a better solution. 

We will discuss this internally and come up with a better solution.

I own a 3-family property that didn't have its electrical panels labeled fully.

Perhaps the best solution is once i get a desperate seller that wants to sell, I will send my investors to the property to make an offer and the seller can go with the highest bid.
