I will spare you all the internal struggles of my conscience on the ethics and honesty of wholesaling generally, but that being said, the legality of wholesaling has never been an issue.If there is indeed a statute in Florida that makes a private real estate contract between two parties illegal or prone to lawsuit, then I want to know; we all deserve to know.

And I had the great honor to be a guest and play golf at Augusta National back in 07.. and walking through the lockers its the whose who of American and international business.. mainly All the Heads of these corporations. but even at Augusta they had to share lockers :)  and at dinner that night I saw the head of Sony corp.. having dinner with Keith Jackson the announcer as his guest..

Cash on cash accounts for money out of the investment, monies distributed, IRR accounts for the monies left in the investment, not distributed, thus the term internal.

I like to cook so i do most of the dinners.. and i am a credit card mileage junky for airlines and hotels. so when i get to take two or three international vacations a year they are all free expect for the food. and i go business class and stay at top hotels.. allows you to splurge a little when you in a different country..
