Linden...probably not an option to make a reputable referral...but PM's are pretty selective in general...we keep a database of PM Companies...my support staff keeps tabs and interviews them fairly routinely...glad to share a few, just shoot me a private message if you're interested.Best of luck. 

I'm not sure how a 69 unit property with such low rents can afford two full time staff.

Rick is the head guy at MSA and always took the time to explain as much as we needed, and all his staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

@Kevin DeanKeep in mind that the 2-4% you mentioned does NOT include the cost of employee (maintenance, management/leasing staff) salaries.

If I wasn’t already setup in Houston I’d likely build a portfolio and staff in AZ.
