Home worth $44k but its in horrible condition 

I recently bought a property in Florida to rent out but after having horrible tenants who don’t pay, I decided to section 8 it and am now preparing for inspection but I was wondering how I can rid of the lead paint present?

The reason you hear of these dogs injuring people is because they have previously been in the hands of horrible owners that did horrible things to them, YET there are millions of these dogs that have been raised properly that live happy each day..

That is how even horrible agents have business!

Look at it this way.Every hour in America there is a grisly bloody horrible automobile accident that results in death. 

I do C/D properties, so when I get it, it's about the report-- not the number.... late payments are the biggest red flags... because you have to understand, if someone has 1K outstanding, but they have a $10K line, that's not a big deal.. but if someone has 1K outstanding, and 1K line, that's horrible.. so focus on the report and what it means as far as  lifestyle.I  suggest focusing on income/job stability, that's what is going to pay the rent! 

And a horrible thing to accuse someone of.

I have a renter that was horrible about saving money for rent each month.
