So far so good, EXCEPT, while I was at work the contractor decided to play with the old heater pipe, chipping some paint of with his finger, and YEP, pin hole leak SMH!

It's on the TREC website....https://www.trec.texas.gov/bec...Filing your application can be the 1st step.....then finger prints, then education, then pass the exam.Some people do it in a different order.Best wishes and good luck.....take the exam prep before taking the exam. 

It's too easy for the seller and management to point fingers at each other if things don't go according to what was sold to the buyer. 

Called my bank about getting the next deal approved, so cross my fingers everything goes to plan and I can move onto the next deal!
