This is what I was thinking needed to be done already so it's nice to have someone else verify that I'm on the right path (for the most part).

He took depreciation on the prop, claimed the kids I’ve had primary custody of, and likely pocketed the returns.I am in the process of trying to engage a communicative/experienced accountant to assist in cleaning this mess up asap and fortunately our amazing bookkeeper of approx 8 years is very knowledgeable and responsive.

Just trying to get experience while building up my capital.What do you guys think, should I try wholesale or something else?

it's just higher or lower risk depending on who you are and what you're trying to accomplish. and with nothing else to go on, this one seemed on the higher risk side. 

Anyone else have this issue when dealing with these smaller multi-family properties?

Like everyone else mentioned name "All unknown occupants" on there as well for both complaints.You'll need to e-file the complaint with the courts.

I also have US citizenship and whatever else comes with it. 

I have since come across a lot of bad reviews with this company with the majority of the people giving the reviews claiming that they are scammers which is why I'm bringing it here to see if there is anyone else who has had any experience with them whether it's been good or bad. 

I was just wondering if anybody else who invests in the Binghamton area, local or not, was in need of a handyman and or maintenance man.
