Find a Real Estate Investment Association or club in your area, go visit and see if you like it enough to join.BP podcasts, download them to your phone and listen to them on the drive to and from work. 

You can also just download them to your computer using the USB port on the phone or via your wireless network if you have one set up. 

Also, download the "Meetup" app as there are a few groups active for R.E. investors.   

I know there's a list of online programs to use and several downloadable programs out there but they all look appealing.

You can also download your State's wage rate, which will give you a pretty good idea of what hourly wage you should be paying for each trade, regardless of their union or non-union status.Don't play the "I can get a better deal with so&so game", it never leads to a WIN-WIN.

Download whatever app needed for that brand camera.
