In some cultures, it's bad luck to live by a grave yard or even with a house number with 444, cause it means to die.

Renting used to be shameful for those with no future in life .now these younger people today are perfectly happy to rent with no intentions of home ownership .crazy culture

How do we bring culture and more young people?

My college education trained me in problem solving, as well as math...which is an important tool in learning how to solve problems...and I don't mean just problems using numbers.My college education trained me in organization skills.My college education trained me in both presentation and writing...which along with analysis (see above) is the basis for negotiating.My college education exposed me to the history of the world, and the background for many cultures. 

This attracts more applicants so I can pick the best one.I prefer Filipinos because they have a culture of loyalty, a strong command of the English language with an acceptable accent, and a relatively descent education level.I've found the key to employing VA's is the initial screening process and how well you train them.
