I've been private lending for about the last year and after all of this bouncing around I've decided to settle back to holding rentals and stick with it because I can't keep bouncing around.

Keep in mind that when I say 7 day work weeks for YEARS - I'm very serious.After bouncing around for a year I started a business with what I had saved over the years (my own savings, no help or safety net from anyone) and was fortunate enough that I succeeded because of ANOTHER 7 years of near constant 7 day work weeks.

Again, definitely looking forward to interacting and learning a bit from all of you as well as bounce ideas off of the forum and see if they make any sense at all.

Question#2: In a scenario that Tenant pays on Aug 6th, and it bounces and I come to know on Aug 8th of bounce payment.

I'm an investor and agent/prop manager here if you ever have any questions on anything or want to bounce ideas off of someone feel free to reach out. 

I have a tenant that paid by check, it bounced. 

Of course bounce the final number off your PM, but from what I've seen the number one PM gives is different than another PM, go figure. 

So as you can see I've been bouncing around a lot and haven't really found anything that I can call 'home' prior to starting as an elec. apprentice.I'm back on BP because I really want to hunker down and focus on one thing.
