:Totally hearsay, but an agent friend of mine said her lobbyist friend said the current bill would die in the house because the house speaker is extremely against it.Interpret at your will.I'd imagine that if you are in the legal industry as part of the firms raking in hundreds of millions of dollars suing builders as a result of this law, you'd make sure to have thorough representation in the governing bodies of Colorado.

Do your due diligence and ask about such things as how long have they been in business, are alternative assets their sole focus, are they BBB accredited and rated, are they a regulated financial institution, have they ever been sanctioned by any regulatory bodies, how many accounts and how much in assets do they administer?

I like to ask potential applicants during open houses what they think of their current landlord and look at the reaction on body as well as what they say.
