Funny, I found an eviction notice from a year ago- reasons for eviction- Excessive Garbage, Pets- (She also had numerous pets) and behind 3 mos on rent- and she only lived two blocks down the road- She had given me false references.

It could end up blocking a deal, and you could end up with problems if some prospective buyer started making phone calls.

It is a really nice set up though and also found out yesterday that the community college that's about 3 blocks down the street just got it's four year accredidation approval.

However, down the street from my current house is a similar house that was put up for auction by a private firm only to be taken off the block days before the auction took place, at least, according to the auction firm.

The neighborhood in the 3 block area is decent (mind you Reading Pa.) in my opinion has really gone down hill over the years, but this is a nice area of the city I think, only because of the college.Anyway..here it is:3 unit 4300sq ft brick 2 story house on a corner lot.2-2br apartments and a 3 br apartment and a 2 bay garage.84 years old.

But if not, you can block that out -what don't you want people to see?

If you try to do this in a residential location, I guarantee your neighbors will get up in arms and do everything they can to block you.Trying to form an agency, then sell it your existing property smacks of a conflict of interest.

The clubs do have good speakers but half of them are trying to sell courses for big money to unsuspecting people who haven't been around the block.
