@Devyn Grillo I think that's a great plan of attack, though it may difficult to generate that $10k/month with that first $1m property alone, unless it's a big value add play.

Fast forward a week or so and I've read articles and listened to podcasts and done research on investing but I cant seem to wrap my head around what my next steps should be.I have the beginnings of a plan of attack but the part I'm not understanding is my next step to take.
