You can never be anonymous if you are the person directing the day to day affairs of a business. 

First thing we did as a group was call the cops some of them would call anonymous and other would give out their info (your choice).

I have litigated many of these cases and loved seeing legal zoom documents.Internet services do not provide: -No comprehensive advise on how to structure business and investments to achieve an overall AP plan;-No attorney to sere as organizer, initial member, and/or registered agent in order to maximize anonymity;-No sophisticated company agreement that deters creditors from taking control of your company;-No advise on how to move property into the LLC after it is formed;-No advise on how to use the LLC in conjunction with a land trust;-No advise on how to set up and arrange the LLCs finances, including LLC accounts, injecting capital, or loaning money to the LLC;-No advise on how to maintain the LLC liability barrier to prevent plaintiff’s from “piercing the veil”; and -No follow – up questions answered by a lawyer after the LLC is formed.

Pay apps are commonly used by fraudulent groups because it is easy to have money funnel to accounts in other countries that have anonymity protection.

I can quickly screen replies and reply via anonymous e-mail as needed.  

@Bill Henley What are your thoughts on purchasing properties into a land trust for purposes of anonymity instead of an LLC?

I pointed out that he would be competing with every single other platform out there on the ads, and they would almost certainly price him out of profitability.He does not want to join a marketplace that runs using the SPV format, since its expensive to get those new investors and the point is to reduce the acquisition cost by getting them to continue to invest in future deals (rather than anonymously through a consolidated investment on a platform).

To my knowledge they provide no asset protection but do provide anonymity.
