Another bowling alley was turned into a wine store featuring wine from all over the world.

(golf tournaments, classic car show, a charity, or other Spring time events) I've watched Million Dollar Listing before trying to get ideas, and have seen them do wine and cheese parties, other tie ins with businesses in the neighborhood, etc.. 

It is IMHO you buy a primary in SF at all cost.. which you did.you may want to look out in the central valley as Joe suggests.. there are also rental markets up in Wine country specifically Ukiah area that could be good.Also you may want to consider the Oregon Market.. its a tweener  vis a vi CA and mid west or deep south..

I remember years ago mine wanted us to take French Cooking classes & I absolutely balked.But the class was full of attractive women, a couple of interesting 'males' & a lot of good wine, so we had a blast.

New lease with old tenants is just old wine in new bottle.

One thing I just thought of is I put in some white wine in the bottom of the pan.

I can tell you as a NMLS licensed mortgage banker ( which I am ) . that if your caught giving a kick back you will lose your license and lively hood.I have been in the business for 42 years hundreds of millions in closed transactions and I have never been offered or received a kick back nor would I offer.Nice dinner ... bottle of wine  GREAT service yes .. but little kick backs that just screams of EAst coast every one wants a taste mentality.. it just does not happen with those that have good business ethics that all the folks I deal with have. 

If you want your floor to look like wooden but you don’t want to spend too much getting the wooden flooring done, then the wood like tiles are going to give you exact finish with comparatively very less price.

Seattle is a perfect example.. just hop over the cascades and live somewhere in the Wenatchee area or the WA wine country.
