As a newly graduated foreigner I have no credit record, no career or anything that will make anyone eager to offer me a loan  Arbitrage is a job like working at Walmart.

I ve also been turned down from 2 major networks to do a show in 1 week. lol I am writing this right now around noon after going grocery shopping at wal mart.

Most of my tenants are the people who work at Wal-Mart, or 7-11 or retired.

I alwayd thought there was a mass diaspora of people from Kinston to Raleigh and there was as industry went to the ****ing Walstons of Wal-Mart.

Maybe 2 pairs if you shop at walmart ( I love wally world ) go to a local investors meeting and introduce yourself to some investors and tell them your interested in bird dogging for them, ask them what their looking for etc. etc....
