I'm still fairly new only about a month into it, but so far it all seems like a pretty legit operation.

I have no previous dealings with ODC and so far the GP's personally have not shown their capability to operate or look after investors by funding additional capital on their own (Without looking for additional investor capital). 

I’d ideally like to keep the property management financials and operations completely separate from the employing broker during that period.

Please let us know if anything happens with it - my first thought, of course, is if seller financing is an option since they clearly have no business operating it maybe they would be comfortable just taking a monthly payment with no additional work on their end.

You didn't know who to trust, half of all courses that were on the market were good, tons of fly by nite operators (still many of those), performance in websites was an afterthought... and in general the market had nowhere trustworthy to go to learn how to grow their real estate business using the internet. 

That way you at least have full control of the operation and *may* be able to resell the mini home whenever you decide to exit. 

I am a small time STR operator in Wyoming, so my insight might not apply to larger areas, but I find that doing a theme for my STRs seems to get attention, The Rendezvous, The Cache, The Bunkhouse, The Eagle's Nest, The Cozy, etc. 

I have tried every browser on 2 different operating systems... so I am sure its a glitch.Hope it will be back up and running soon.

Great way to gain experience and ensure you're an expert in the local area, whether its your college town or your hometown that you intend to operate your business in.
