I'm a 4th generation descendant of French Canadians out of Montreal.

The neighbors were happy, police respected our new style of operation, and we proved something in the process:A property will attract the tenants that it deserves.Our residents are decent people who are down by circumstance (lots of divorces and down-sized white collar workers), not because of bad lifestyle choices.

The police caught the suspect and is now spending life in prison.

Drug deals in the driveway from tenants upstairs, fights in the driveway and the police are here about once a month.

These services can be valuable as they can leverage the amount of business they send Turnkey providers to (for a lack of better work), police the TK experience after the sell.

In cases like this, if the tenant claims they do not know who did it, I require them to file a police report before I will pay for it.
