What percentage ownership you'd get for that is up to you to negotiate with them and it can vary widely.In my opinion, there are probably a few more opportunities for you to find little or nothing down deals with single family homes (there are four loans here in my market that are nothing down for well qualified owner occupants on single family homes: VA, USDA, Key Bank and Compass Bank).
