My top three goals are cashflow, cashflow, and cashflow so I personally would not be okay with negative cashflow now and keeping my fingers crossed that the unit will produce in the future. - Remember that if the numbers don't work then its not a deal - and most listings are not deals.

It's on the TREC website....https://www.trec.texas.gov/bec...Filing your application can be the 1st step.....then finger prints, then education, then pass the exam.Some people do it in a different order.Best wishes and good luck.....take the exam prep before taking the exam.
