Is it legal in CO for a dual-licensed realtor/lender to serve a client as both in the same transaction?

@Luke J NelsenI’ve put 5 of the 1-piece / dual flush Water Ridge and the 2-piece Water Ridge brand from Costco in 3 of my SFH Rentals as well an additional one in my personal home with no issues so far.

Ive installed low voltage electrical in a couple of houses in Westminster and they were all being rehabbed fast and loose....cardboard on the windows and no permits.I would never recommend doing anything illegal but if you purchase a 3/1 house and when you rehab it it's still a 3/1 house, it's on the inspector or whoever else to prove that work was done without permits, not you. 

Just to be a voice of experience, unless it's a local co-op, most solar facilities are either small (<50 acres) and serve a business or specific community or are large (>1,000 acres) and are utility scale tapping into a large high voltage transmission line.

Also worth highlighting was the master bathroom remodel- floored with marble, a double vanity sink, a freestanding bath tub and dual shower heads.

Traditional banks tend to have lower credit report fees, but the wholesale lenders that I work with generally charge $180 for a credit pull for dual borrowers. 

Dual purpose and pretty comfortable nowadays.

This creates a dual level of ownership, and which the Trust is in control of the properties.
