You need good council (tax, SEC and asset protection) to advise you on how to set things up for yourself and for the ownership group (getting that part of your team in place might be a good first step).Because if you make a mistake, there are a lot of dogs that can reach up and bite you (the federal tax liability situation being only one of them).Good Luck!
