Would you pair a greige wall  with a more greyish floor our would that be too much grey? 

I think two or three more doors on 15 year terms will be an adequate amount of income when paired with the pension as I head into my 60’s.

One I got back in the day when Air Bnb would pair home owners with co-hosts which they don't do anymore.

My knowledge of the money I should have is the downpayment (paired with whatever loan I can get), roughly 6 months rent money in reserves and money to cover other expenses.

Depending on your location, you may be able to put the system on a clock timer to limit the operation (you will need to monitor the interior temps to make sure you meet codes in the worst weather), you may also benefit from a PAIR of thermostatic controls (the exact name escapes me right now) that are pre-set for the on or off temp, and are NOT adjustable.

I bet, when it's all said and one, it would equal about $400 per sagging pair of pants in the county.

Add a pair of gloves to that list.
