You msy consider calling your locslhousinh authority, the ones who handle the Section 8 program Even though you may not want to use the program, it could open your eyes.I have done this and been suprised at how much they pay....or how little.PS.

If you are "transacting" in a state, some states (mine in particular - Illinois) require you to file an "authority to transact" business which in some cases costs more than the LLC itself.
