I can speak reasonably intelligently on new construction, real estate prices, and short/long term rentals around here (been dabbling in all of the above).

For example, if you were going to go into artificial intelligence, a growing field with probably a lack of qualified workforce, you can go train in industry, pick up those skills, and possibly being employee for the company. this is different from the civilian skills program, where you could actually set up your own internship in the industry that you personally want to go into regardless of what’s already available.

My major concern would be that you get too wrapped up in your 90-day challenge to the point that you get into a bad deal just because you feel the pressure of your artificial deadline.

Demand is very high, supply artificially low (sellers keeping their homes off the market to maintain social distances) .. 

They make good money and they have to be intelligent.
