@Bill GulleyYep.And, I'm guessing the seller is not informing their BK attorney about selling the home, that is most likely not a good idea in Ch 13 as they probably have homestead exemptions, homes are rarely sold in Ch 13.

You can't add thickness to walls without taking moldings into consideration.The stuff I just referenced is only .155 inch thick, so doesn't really add any thickness at all.
