@Jay Hinrichs I am very interested in the Incubator/Co-working space scene, what are some of the unique requirements for the hosts of these venues?

I am in Butte on Weds looking at some properties.

As far as the purchasing side, I am not sure what areas you are looking in, but we d have clients we are working with to help find these properties.

Behind a drawer in the dining room built-in, I found a sack of balloons with printing on them announcing a wedding date in 1985.

If you are looking at it as a short term rental you want to make sure there are no local restrictions in the various municipalities and pick something that is relatively close to tourist sites, convention centers, concert venues etc. 

I'm holding it at a bar, which will cost me $75, but I'll use a free venue next time.I haven't held any meetings yet so I can't gauge how many will stick it through but I'm optimistic.

From what I've seen some of the new players are fix 'n flip refugees who are looking to buy the home at a large discount since they can't find decent yield in their traditional venues like REO purchases and FC auctions.
