After going back to review my numbers and basically almost discovering the equation for time travel!

I have family and friends in the general area so traveling there to look at properties/meet with a team can also be excuses to visit family.Those are the main reasons.

The ramp can be no more that 1" rise over 1' length of travel.

It is starting to seem like this CFD will take down a path we do not want to travel.

I don't think I am going to travel to this property.Is this possible, and how do I do this?

I will be travelling there soon so also love connecting with fellow investor and professionals.

Lastly, since everybody has different investing goals I'll leave you with this: Even if my return is zero or even somewhat negative during the repayment period, in 15 years (actually quite less on many of my properties now) once the properties are paid for and still generating a ton of cash is when I will enjoy the returns...I can see it now, I am 60 years old traveling the world with my wife and not a financial care in the world, and when I am 80, my kids  saying "Dad, your so cool, we're really glad you bought those houses"Cheers, Lawrence
