So far I'm not thrilled with the negatives out weighing the positives so far.

Overall, we're thrilled with the deal and think we got some amazing value.When we bought it, our plan was to use the abundance of space to build a second dwelling and rent (or possibly AirBnB) one dwelling or the other, while still living on the property. 

I am thrilled to have an opportunity to continuously educate myself through this venue.

I know it's hard to be patient, especially amid so many thrilling stories of other people's real estate empires and success.

Why start "gambling" if you don't need the money?

@Dawna Willis if possible don't gamble with your retirement or if you do keep perfect records.

Basically if I had to gamble I would do it in Arrowhead, my personal preference. 

It was a good gamble. 

Real Estate Investing Is a business, like any other business, ( needs attention, love, systems, and diligence) if none of that is implemented is just a gambling game. 

In that situation, the gamble of the combined storm factors seems less with non-bridge debt.
