Good afternoon,

I am a newer member on Bigger Pockets. I am thrilled to have an opportunity to continuously educate myself through this venue. My partners have had a few flips and a few wholesales under their belts over the last 9 years and I do not.  I have been in a leadership role in education for the past 15 years and have had a total of 21 years in education. Their focus was a side gig for extra money.... that is until I came on board. My goal is to leave my job within the next 12 months and pursue this full time. To catch me up to speed I have been a real estate investment junkie via this website, podcasts and numerous books for the past few months. My part in the business is to create funnels and bring business to the phones. This is our 1st month together. I have established one funnel so far and it has allowed us to have 635 leads with phone numbers, 97 replies, 13 house visits, 2 contracts and 5 other bids in the first 35 days.  

My partners and I are looking to network in the Connecticut marketplace with a focus on southern central Connecticut from Bridgeport to East Haven and north of there up to Waterbury and adjacent towns and over to New Britain / Meriden.
