The eviction packet the county provides includes the "UD-100 Complaint - Unlawful Detainer" form, but that form states on the bottom of the first page "Do not use this form for evictions after sale (Code Civ Proc 1161a)". 

So if anyone happens to know where that threshold is or where to look...like MD law, codes, statues, regulatory body, etc.

I do have 3 areas that I believe will out perform the general San Diego market, but their schools are nothing special or worse.West Chula Vista has a large bay front development and can you think on anywhere else that closer to ocean/bay is cheaper than further from bay. 

Any special language in the rental agreemnt that I need to include to govern use of common areas, tenant conflicts, etc?

I just found one that is 73% below the AVG for the area so there is lot of money to be made on this.I didn't have and don't have the $1000 to join the program and now I am glad I don't.What zip code is the deal in?
