New dish washer. 

Keep in mind I don't have a ton of money to dish out and I'm having trouble Marketing/finding wholesale sellers Any suggestions?

You need TP or dish washing soap or or or not to mention the regular maintenance stuff that happens.

In fact it can take me several trips to a house before I notice the cat vomit in the corner, that half the blinds don’t work, that the door frame is damaged from someone forcing the door open, the marks on the floor are in fact burn marks not dirt, an unauthorized satellite dish on the roof, etc.

Utilities including internet and cable/satellite TV, landscaping, consumables, replacing things as they wear out or get damaged, etc.

The soap dishes on  the wall have to go.  

If you are concerned about space for draining dishes you could buy a dish drainer that fits over part the sink (with expanding ears)The other thing that I notice is the door opening into the kitchen.  

Not the weirdo's we see on TV  LOLIn my mind houses like this one you did and or Hoarder houses are hands down some of the most profitable you can do as a flipper.... the one's I did this year were so bad you could not even walk in them without masks or bunny suites.. how the heck people live like this is just      well its just so hard to process.... you have buyers find a spec of mold and freak out .. these people live in a petry dish and somehow survive..

Next best--remove with minimal mess and effort with garden sprayer and hot water w/ dish soap or commercial product like DIF.
