I would love to get a group together but I would be lying if I said I was prepared for a structured meeting…I would prefer to just get a group of local investors together in a very relaxed setting to network and ask questions of one another.

Maybe the prior landlord was relaxed and she learned she could take advantage of them.  

In the eyes of the federal government and most states these types of loans are considered B2B or "commercial paper", and the rules are very relaxed.

I have heard a lot about 30A and we've done Destin too for our vacations but switched to Pensacola since Destin is getting so commercialized, and I go on vacation to relax, not wait in long lines or be in traffic,  but I can definitely see your point that there is more opportunity in that market for sure when it comes to investing. 

If you took a day to relax, then the expenses on that day would not be deductible.

You would be surprised at how your nerves relax after having built relationships with these folks who are doing it.

I don't think if either had any of the mentors I knew, the mentor would be telling them to relax a little....lol

As an aside we just got back from Laguna Beach and had a nice relaxing visit.

Spray the whole house down.The TSP and changing the carpet should be good and you can relax next weekend.
