Have they stated why other proposed work hasn’t been completed?

@Tim Sipowicz What are you going to propose in terms of how your partnership will look? 

With CARES act in place and the proposed one year mortgage waiving for home owners and rent waiving for tenants would it make sense to keep the apartment vacant?

Similar to what was proposed in New York State, there is now a federal bill to "cancel rent". 

Once the emergency is over,   propose a payment plan to them per the emergency rules.   

I think we should propose that the city also defer all fees and taxes.

Local lenders and out of state lenders, lend me your proposals.

That being said, the new changes that are being proposed would change that.
