Hadn't really thought of it in terms of the forums but now that you mention it I have been guilty of not clicking on many threads because the titles were redundant and I'd seen it asked so many times before.

How do you deal with this aspect of your career without feeling bad or guilty?

I am not talking to her but following the legal pleadings.

At that time, your attorney will plead the case using your 1st month's rent and deposit as the basis of your claim.Not sure how your laws apply, but we can establish a person as a "resident" after they have lived in the property for 7 days.As I have often recommended other clients... 

I find myself guilty of this at times...focusing on goals geared towards wealth generation at the expense of spending time with my wife and two daughters, all of whom I wouldn't trade for a trillion dollars.

In that case, you can refuse to pay, and plead your case to a judge if landlord takes you to small claims court. if you only pay for what was actually your fault, the landlord may just eat the rest if he doesn't want to go in front of a judge.as far as him sending you bills, it sounds like you broke your lease early?

Instead of spending hours and hours reading the forums or going thru' 1 hour podcasts (which I am guilty of doing), I recommend reading books.
