I know that's not the response you have been looking for, but I'd rather be upfront than over promise and under deliver.

Take the time to familiarize yourself with the process and deliver the proper notice so you can be up and running when the time comes

My current plan is to let her know my intentions in a conversation and let her know a formal written notice will be issued by end of the month.Another concern i have is how to deliver written notice, is it as simple as handing a letter to them, or do i need prrof of it somehow, i.e. have them sign something having received the notice.

So say the project costs 200k USD, the share sale gets raises 250k USD, we plan to use 50k for our new projects, while still being able to deliver a high return on the 250k invested capital by the investors.
