They can measure at each vent what temp is blowing out in each room.

I have no idea what my expectations should be, I keep seeing that you should aim for $100 a month per door.

If you want to turn it into a rental, than I would buy it for being a rental but than just live in it.That being said, all of my rentals are aimed at my peer group in areas that I would want to live.

One thing that helped me get the ball rolling was to set clear, specific, measurable goals.

we aim for at least 12% typically which probably isn't as good as returns in the city .

I aim to become a HML in the next few years.
