That could be as simple as adding a couple large strips of electric baseboard in the downstairs to provide heat in an emergency.

You can usually get samples of the format from the County Recorder or Court employee who accepts deeds for recording.

In recently decades municipalities have passed lot minimums that render a huge number of the existing lots unbuildable, so they have had to accept grandfathering in a large number of the older lots.

Not always the case, but we see a large majority in our area. the way, I see this going – if wholesaling will now require a license, they will either be large groups of vigilantes conducting this anyway, or a severe lack of deals for agents who assume that properties will just show up in front of them.

Raising rents even $10 per unit has a large impact on the analysis.
