I've got to say I was a bit surprised when this popped up into my Facebook feed today.A BiggerPockets interview with an OnlyFans star turned real estate investor isn't something I expected to see.

In addition, I would interview multiple property managers.

This will help you Interview potential hires with consistency and ensure you hire the best candidate for the job and not just someone you like.

My dad told me about Avery Carl and since listing to all her podcast and interviews I would like to take a similar approach to short term rentals, to lead me eventually into multi-family.
