Pre-Approval for Investing
Looking to get pre-approved so would like names, information of places people would recommend. I'm living in the suburbs of Milwaukee, WI. I have established my LLC. The hard part is I am having a hard time funding any 20% down payment.

@Damon James, is there a particular reason you're using an LLC? Buying under your personal name for the first time gives you access to some low down-payment lending programs like FHA or Home Possible, assuming you're willing to owner-occupy. Let me know if you're still looking to interview lenders too as I have a few I enjoy working with in Wisconsin!
