Here is where you are wrong.If we were debating if 100% of all motivated sellers are equal.. sure, the blind man without fingers without internet without a laptop that needs to sell their house fast won't go to internet.BUT to say OK see 3 people fall in that condition and 10084048333 others are normal internet users, it is quite stupid to say : "see there are people (3) that don't use the internet and 10084048333 do.. so it just depends demographics right?"

My top three goals are cashflow, cashflow, and cashflow so I personally would not be okay with negative cashflow now and keeping my fingers crossed that the unit will produce in the future. - Remember that if the numbers don't work then its not a deal - and most listings are not deals.
