Currently trying to digest the new sanitary code - i.e. if there is a fire you must house your resident for extent of the lease if there is a fire etc.

I just heard about the son not wanting any parts of it this morning so it got the gears turning in my head and obviously haven't spent the time to truly digest the situation.

Even if it means taking 20 times longer to digest something.I found myself becoming extremely confused, hopeless and depressed after a few weeks of consuming massive amounts of real estate info out there for free, just because no info is really going to hold your hand and take you from A to Z, and even if it does, it actually requires action to be understood coherently.

City Data shows an average income of $31K but the census tracts right around it on all sides are slightly higer.

Of course depending on the house if your building just tract type 1500 to 3000 sq ft basic designs and not custom build jobs that take year.. the 14k is all I would personally pay
