We were planning to continue down the path of investing in single family and smaller multifamily units, but decided in 2017 that we wanted to grow bigger faster so we started looking more into larger multifamily apartment syndications.Josh ended up going to a Think Multifamily conference in Dallas TX in October of 2017 and he really resonated with Mark and @Tamiel Kenney of Think Multifamily, and we ended up joining their mentorship program! 

The goal with the license is access to the MLS, the ability to make my own offers, and conduct BPOs which require a salesperson license.

Hello! I am looking to purchase a lot on Anderson Island and looking to have a soil test done to see the feasibility of septic on the lot for future use.  I am curious if anyone has any recommendations or any other ad...

During the feasibility period I'm planning on conducting the usual due-diligence with a thorough inspection of all the property's systems and structures (utility services, roof, HVAC, maintenance history, lot survey, tenant interviews) along with a Phase 1 ESA. 

Have you documented in your operating agreement anything about that or about how you conduct your money flow (lending)?  

They will conduct a test to determine the level of the leak and whether it's dangerous.

Along with sting operations conducted by the state's License Boards.
